Since credit profiles, CIBIL reports, history counts, and individual client requirements vary significantly, our fees are structured on a case-by-case basis corresponding to the complexity and time required for your specific profile.
This policy details how we quote fees, collect payments, and manage refunds or cancellations. It has been written transparently so you engage with our consultants with complete clarity on financial terms.
Case-by-Case Customized Quotes
We do not publish flat-rate pricing on our website or marketing channels. Before any financial commitment is requested, our credit consultants perform a preliminary assessment of your files during the initial consultation. Following this, we outline a customized service quote that details:
- The exact scope of credit review, report analysis, and dispute filing support we will provide.
- The total agreed-upon fee for our professional advisory time.
- The agreed payment schedule (e.g., initial deposit, milestones, or final balance).
Clients are under no obligation to proceed with our services until they review and formally accept the customized quote shared by our consultant during the onboarding process.
Payment Terms & Methods
All service fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) according to the terms mutually agreed upon during your credit consultation. We support the following payment methods:
- Digital Transfers: Safe and secure transfers through UPI, Net Banking, and Bank/IMPS/NEFT transfers.
- Cash Payments: Cash payments are accepted exclusively in person for walk-in clients at our physical branch office.
All government taxes or levies applicable at the time of quotation will be communicated transparently. We do not use automated online invoicing or e-commerce checkouts on this site; all financial transactions are handled securely through direct banking coordinates or in-person receipts at our office.
No Guarantee of Outcome (RBI/CIC Act Compliance)
In accordance with professional standards and the Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005:
- Our fees are charged strictly for our **professional advisory time, administrative file handling, expert report analysis, and drafting/submission of formal disputes** based on the documents you provide.
- We **do not sell credit score numbers, nor do we guarantee a specific score increase, loan approval, or credit limit enhancement**. The final decision to update credit records, correct entries, or approve credit cards/loans lies solely with your respective reporting lenders (banks/NBFCs) and the credit bureaus (CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, CRIF High Mark).
- Our advisory fee remains fully payable for the services rendered, regardless of whether a third-party bank or credit bureau resolves a dispute in your favour or rejects a subsequent credit application.
Anti-Scam Warning: Prise Credit Solutions will never promise to remove "legitimate" negative history (such as actual payment defaults, delays, or write-offs) from your reports. We only assist in disputing incorrect, inaccurate, duplicate, or fraudulent records that do not reflect your true repayment history.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
We outline a fair policy for cancellations and refunds to protect both parties:
- Before Work Starts: If you decide to cancel our services within 24 hours of agreeing to a quote, and before we have initiated any file analysis, report reviews, or dispute drafting, you are entitled to a full refund of any advance deposit.
- Once Work Begins: Once our consultants have commenced analysis, drafted disputes, or conducted consultations, the advance deposit or fees paid up to that stage become non-refundable, as they represent compensation for hours of active advisory work.
- No Success Fees / Pay-After-Deletion: Prise Credit Solutions does not operate on "pay-after-deletion" or success-fee pricing. All fees are agreed upon upfront and cover the consultation and processing services.
